Gone County...

While Rob was sleeping his cold off last Saturday I headed to Country Village in Bothell for a quiet afternoon of windowshopping and picture taking. Hadn't been there in a while so it was kind of fun. I didn't take any pics inside the shops but they have some really cute, knick-knacky stuff if you're into that kind of thing. The Village also houses a few restaurants, has stuff for kids to do and they host different seasonal events throughout the year.

Hi Lanette - It's Sundi's mom, I know I've never commented on your blog but I love your "Just Netters" blog!!! Thanks so much for the pictures of Country Village. When we lived there it was one of my favorite places to go and just spend an afternoon. Of course my house was decorated country then (not a single country item in my new house in Arizona) and I just loved being at the village, it has such a warm and wonderful feeling to it. I have not been back since we moved as we are always to busy and have a full schedule when were back in Seattle. Thank you for bringing back such wonder memories.

I love keeping up with you and your life.

Hi Tami! Thanks for leaving a comment :) I've always liked Country Village too but don't go often enough, it was nice to spend an afternoon there. I can still remember some of the country decorations from your house here in Seattle--It always had such a warm, inviting feeling to it. Thanks for always welcoming me into your home, I really appreciated it and I have a lot of fun memories with Sundi there. Hope you're feeling better, I saw on Sundi's blog that you were sick last week. It's really going around this year.

Hi - your so sweet, we always loved having you around!! I am almost all well but all three triplets AND Sundi got the awful stomache flue and were all throwing up at once, poor Sundi, she had to care for all three plus herself for 2 days without my help as I couldn't come in without exposing them all to something else awful. finally on the day Ryan had to take Cali to the emergency room I did come in as we decided it was better to have help and expose them to what I have. WOW, that was quite an experience. All the girls are better now - long answer for "hope your feeling better" but, yes, really bad stuff is going around out there, so take care of yourself!!

Gosh, that sounds terrible for everybody, what a few rough days you all must have had! :( Poor Sundi, I can only imagine how awful it is to have the flu and feel nauseous and sick AND care for three little sickies too. I don't know how she did it! What a trooper! I'm glad all of you are on the mend now. Hopefully the bug will be long forgotten by the girl's birthday so you all can have fun celebrating their big day! What a relief to have that all over I'm sure! Take care and no more sickies for anyone! :)
