W.P.S...

Will Post Soon...

Laptop is still broken. There's a way for me to access/upload my pics but it's painfully slow. Still haven't had it looked at yet either... Netters is a slacker. But I'll post something in the next day or two. Pinky swear!

Had a really good weekend though. Hope you did too!

And BTW--Happy Monday! :)

Surf & Turf...

What's wrong with celebrating Valentines Day at home? Nuthin' I tell ya. For several years now Rob and I have dined at home on the holiday of love. We go for familiarity and the comfort of our own kitchen instead of going to some crowded restaurant, getting a limited holiday menu, slow service and overpriced food. Instead every year we do a Surf & Turf dinner. And it always turns out lovely. So go ahead, order the steak AND the lobster! (And let me tell you this prego didn't eat any fish/seafood for a whole week so I could enjoy my entire lobster without a mercury care in the world :)

Cute note Rob left on the food to be prepared...

Dinner awaits...

Not sure what's wrong with it yet but of course it's the one I use for all of my photography stuff. Sucks. Hope we can get it figured out this weekend but untill then I can't really post anything. Boo on technology.

Feelin' the Love...

I love having seasonal decorations in the house. Not a lot but just enough to remind us what's coming up, like this little Valentine tree in our downstairs bathroom. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day! Since it falls on a Sunday this year Rob and I are celebrating it tonight instead. We'll be hanging at home with steak, lobster and a movie. Our V-Day tradition. Hope whatever you do your holiday of L-O-V-E is sweet too.

Prophetic...

Last week Rob and I went out for Chinese food.
This was what my fortune said:

The very next night after work I walked to our mailbox. A large box was waiting for me. Full of gently used baby clothes from an old friend I recently connected with on Facebook.

Sometimes the kindness of others amazes me.

Thanks Nicole and Kaleb! That was so sweet of you and everything was so cute. We really appreciated it and I know Baby M will love these! xoxo

Happy Birthday Netters...

I had a great birthday this year. Rob took me to La Conner for the weekend, a sleepy little waterfront town on the North Puget Sound. Even though I've lived in Western Washington my whole life I've never been. It was just the relaxing get away we needed. We spent time walking through boutiques and galleries, admiring the local blown glass, eating good food and being thankful neither of us like collecting antiques. It was a great way to spend my 32nd. But best of all because it was just the two of us. Thanks Honey, I had a great time with you! Xoxo

Because I love him...

I really, really love him. I feel bad because I've been so busy the last few months and haven't been able to dote on him like normal. And I can tell he's mopey because of it. But its probably better that it's happening now instead of when the baby comes. It seems like every time I turn my head, there he is. Just waiting. For me to give him loves and pets and hugs and treats. And maybe throw a stuffed toy or two. He's the sweetest dog I know. And I just love him to pieces.
