Brown-noser...

When we brought Yogi home from the shelter almost 6 years ago he had the sweetest, softest, velvety, light pink nose. It was so cute, I loved it. But these last two years it's slowly turned brown. He's getting age spots too. (He IS eight after all). Poor Yogs. Just goes to show you no one's exempt from aging... :(

Because I love him...

I really, really love him. I feel bad because I've been so busy the last few months and haven't been able to dote on him like normal. And I can tell he's mopey because of it. But its probably better that it's happening now instead of when the baby comes. It seems like every time I turn my head, there he is. Just waiting. For me to give him loves and pets and hugs and treats. And maybe throw a stuffed toy or two. He's the sweetest dog I know. And I just love him to pieces.

Best June Ever...

Me and "the boys" are loving every second of the sunny weather we're having. I keep finding Yogi in the yard catching some rays, it's so cute. Sun Gods, if you're listening--Please, please, please stay this way for the next three months!

Oh Happy Day...

We've been getting some awesome afternoon sun here lately and I'm loving it. Yogi and Parker love it too. After work we head into the backyard and watch them chase eachother silly. Parker is so fast! I think Yogi gets mad cause he can't catch him. These pics aren't totally perfect but I like them anyway. These little guys are my buddies and bring happiness to my life every day. They always keep me entertained.

This is a sight we often see in our house. It's amazing how much they say without even talking... But really, who could resist a face so sweet??

Snow Dogs...

Last week it snowed again. Not enough to cause any problems and it never stuck to the streets but an inch or two accumulated throughout the day. Yogi and Parker had fun playing in it. Parker looks like such a Ragamuffin here... (Someone Reeeally needs a haircut!)
