I can honestly say...

I have no idea where the last year has gone.

Today my baby was a baby for the last time.

Tomorrow is her one year birthday.

And I'm in complete and utter disbelief.

Afternoon Nap...

Took a little afternoon nap after a full day today...

There were other things I needed to do--Errands to run, emails to send, pics to edit.

But I decided to forget all of it and just enjoy the moment.

There's nothing sweeter than snuggling with your baby.

Holding her close and hearing her soft breath rise and fall as you drift off to sleep.

I'm thankful for moments like these...

16 weeks...

Eight Weeks...

How is she already eight weeks old? Seems like just yesterday I first saw her beautiful face and held her tiny little frame in my arms. Love this pic of her and her daddy taken on Father's Day. She's so special... XoXo

Reality Check...

When I found out I was pregnant the photographer in me envisioned daily photo shoots with that sweet newborn baby of mine... Dressing her in tu-tu's, arranging her in earthy baskets and sporting adorable hats while she dreamily slept away... Well 5 weeks, one baby who won't sleep during daylight and a few hundred diaper changes later and reality set in. But at least I got some cute hats. :)

(And a baby who loves her mama, so that's all that really matters :) XoXo

Baby Kendall is Here!!!

On Friday, April 30th, 2010 at 12:27pm we welcomed beautiful Kendall Avery into the world. Both baby and mommy are doing very well and we couldn't be happier or more in love with our precious bundle of joy. To see more pics of Baby Kendall's first day with us please CLICK HERE.

Just 10 days left...

Back in August when we first found out we were pregnant I remember thinking April 29th was soooo far away. And here we are already, how did THAT happen? I just can't believe it. But I'm so excited. And so looking forward. To holding the little baby girl who's going to forever change my life. Kendall Avery, mommy can't wait to meet you!!
