Adjusting...

Sorry for my lack of blogging lately! I've just been adjusting to life as a new mommy with my sweet baby girl. Everyone is doing great but I sure have a newfound respect for mommies everywhere, it's a lot of work! LOL But I love her to pieces and we're so happy she's ours. I'll be back soon. Promise.

I made it!!

JUST in case you wanted to know...

I'm 37 weeks pregnant TODAY which means I'm now FULL TERM!!

This is very good news!!

I can't wait to meet this little baby of mine!

Body Envy...

This is not where you think it's going... shame on you :)

My camera is still broken. Yep, still totally sucks. Still waiting to hear how much it's going to cost. But a friend loaned me her Canon this weekend so I could do a scheduled shoot and let's just say I didn't want to give it back! I definitely have camera body envy! I think it's time for Netters to upgrade... :)

Pardon my French...

But "F..." Technology. My camera broke today. Just stopped working for no apparent reason. I've had it almost 2 years with no problems and of course it breaks when I have things scheduled to shoot. And of course it happened right after we got the laptop working again. Now that's what I call impeccable timing. Peachy. Just Peachy.

Great Weekend...

I had a great weekend this weekend.

Did a pregnancy shoot in Issaquah one day and had MY prego pics done by some talented photag friends the other. Lots of pics and bumps this weekend! My memory cards and heart are full.

Our baby furniture finally arrived so we will be picking it up tonight, I'm so excited! Now we can finally start putting the nursery together and get this baby show on the road. Only 7 weeks left, it's time to get organized!

Now that the cat's out of the bag...

I've started updating my family blog again. And will be doing so more often. I put a couple new things on there today including a prego update. CLICK HERE to visit.

Facebook Traitor...

I've been a bad blogger. Again! I've hardly updated my blogs these last two months cause I've been busy putting stuff on Facebook instead. Everyone told me this would happen. And I said No way, bloggie will be fine. But they were Right... and I was Wrong. Hate that. But I'm not going to let the bloggie die! :) I'll post something soon. Pinky swear.

Still Making Excuses...

Yep, I know. I'm still making excuses for my lack of blogging these days. I barely made a dent in the hoards of photos piling up on my memory cards before we left for Dallas. But the good news is after a long week in the HOT Texas sun, we're back. I will try to post some stuff this weekend. Trust me, it's not going to happen before that--too much going on with work this week. But eventually I will post something. Pinky swear. (And then maybe I can stop publicly whining about what a pathetic blogger I am.)

So I Lied...

I said I was going to get caught up with my all of my posting & pics but I totally haven't. Oops. My bad. We've just been super busy with work, friends and family lately. I had to cut out blogging to simplify life since things were getting awfully hectic. My brother Chad was back in town (yes, again! 2nd time since May!). And I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible since he's my favorite brother. But he left yesterday, Wah. I've also had several work projects going on but they're over now. Finally. I have tons of pics from the last few weeks. Leavenworth. Folklife. Whidbey Island. Ellensburg. Babies. Friends... So stick with me people. I promise I'll get out of this rut soon.

So today I'd like to give a shout out to the peeps that actually leave me comments. Yes, that would be all six of you! LOL. But really, I'm thankful for your comments cause blogging really is more fun with audience participation. Besides, it's nice knowing I'm not the only one checking my blog, hahaha... And that all the time I spend giving myself new eye wrinkles taking pictures isn't all for naught. So I just wanted to say Thanks!! Sorry, it's been a really long week with work plus I've been sick all week so posting is taking the backburner right now. I just posted Chelan pics to my shared blog, www.robandnetters.blogspot.com if you want to check those out. It was my first time using and making picture collages. I think they turned out pretty cool! The collage function is a good tool for posting multiple pics easily. And you can click on the collage to make the pics bigger. Anyway, I've got some stuff to post on here this weekend so I'll get something up soon. But until then, Thank God It's Friday! Seriously.

I'm not a slacker...

I've just been ignoring this blog cause I've been busy posting family pics on the other blog. But I'm finally done, Wooo-hooo! Now I'm taking a few days off cause between my job and posting pics to Rob and Netters I spent A LOT of time on the computer last week. So until creativity strikes... I'm taking a break!

I'm still catching up from being gone for so long over Christmas (and then being computerless for a week and a half after I got back, yikes!). I promise I'll post something other than words on here eventually, there's just been a lot of "Rob and Lanette" stuff going on and not much stuff about Just Netters :) In the meantime I'm trying to catch up on posting Arizona pics on our shared blog.
