We've been having the best weather in Seattle lately. Sunny, blue sky kind of days where all you want to do is sit with your bare feet in the grass and feel the warm sun on your face. Kendall and I have been taking advantage of the great weather (although she's shaded of course) :). I can't wait till this summer.
To fall in love with someone so fast. Today I am a mom. And I am so thankful for this beautiful little bundle of love.
Happy Mother's Day to all you Mommies out there :)
On Friday, April 30th, 2010 at 12:27pm we welcomed beautiful Kendall Avery into the world. Both baby and mommy are doing very well and we couldn't be happier or more in love with our precious bundle of joy. To see more pics of Baby Kendall's first day with us please CLICK HERE.

You find something beautiful where you least expect it.
Back in August when we first found out we were pregnant I remember thinking April 29th was soooo far away. And here we are already, how did THAT happen? I just can't believe it. But I'm so excited. And so looking forward. To holding the little baby girl who's going to forever change my life. Kendall Avery, mommy can't wait to meet you!!
About being 38 weeks pregnant is that it's dang near impossible to tie your own shoes. I've actually walked the dogs in my slippers the last few days because it's easier. Rob helps me with my socks and shoes when he's home but most days I'm on my own. And it totally sucks!
Meet Kristen and Pat, a sweet couple from Bothell expecting their first child (a little baby girl named Taylor Morgan) in early June. They are SO excited to meet her! :) They're also super fun and very much in love. We recently had a great shoot together in downtown Bothell. K & P, thanks for letting me capture this special time for you! Here are some of my faves from your shoot. As always all images are low resolution. I'm working on pics of this sweet couple from Bothell. Meet Kristen and Pat. They're expecting their first baby (a girl!) in early June. I'm really excited for them! We got some great pics of them and their bump one sunny morning at Bothell Landing. This was one of my faves!
JUST in case you wanted to know...I'm 37 weeks pregnant TODAY which means I'm now FULL TERM!! This is very good news!!I can't wait to meet this little baby of mine! Hooray!! :)
The good news is they know what's wrong with my camera. And it will only take a week or two to get it back. The bad news is it's a broken shutter. And it's $250 to fix it. Ouch.
I've known this special couple from Issaquah a long time, since college to be exact. And Shannon has been a dear friend of mine ever since. Shannon and Phil are expecting their first baby, a Girl!, in May and are soooo excited to meet her. So when they asked me to take their pregnancy pics of course I had to say yes! :) We had a fun afternoon together capturing this special time in their life. Shannon and Phil, I am so happy and excited for you both and know that you will make wonderful parents! Enjoy your pics! (As always all images are low resolution and for viewing only.
